These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hittersbar.com and certain online services offered by Hitters Sports Bar, including reservations, event information, forms and other website features.

By using this website or submitting a reservation or request through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions where applicable.

1. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, menus, prices, specials, operating hours, entertainment, events, availability and other information may change.

Information displayed on the website does not guarantee the availability of a particular menu item, table, promotion, event or service.

Where current information provided directly by Hitters Sports Bar differs from older website, search-engine or third-party information, the current information provided by Hitters Sports Bar will govern.

2. RESERVATIONS

Online reservation requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

A reservation is considered confirmed when you receive confirmation through the applicable reservation system or directly from Hitters Sports Bar.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate reservation information and arriving at the appropriate date and time.

If you need to modify or cancel a reservation, please use the available reservation tools or contact Hitters Sports Bar at (587) 842-5888.

Hitters Sports Bar reserves the right to manage seating, table assignments and reservation availability according to operational requirements.

3. EVENT RESERVATIONS AND TICKETS

A table reservation for an event does not constitute admission to or purchase of a ticket for a ticketed event unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Tickets, admission, table reservations and event registrations may be separate products or processes.

Event dates, performers, schedules, admission requirements and other details may change. Where tickets are sold through a third-party ticket provider, that provider's applicable purchasing and refund terms may also apply.

This distinction is particularly important for Hitters because the same reservation system can be used for ordinary dining and special-event table reservations.

4. ALCOHOL SERVICE AND AGLC REQUIREMENTS

Hitters Sports Bar operates in accordance with applicable Alberta liquor laws, regulations and Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis ("AGLC") requirements.

The service and consumption of liquor are subject to applicable law, licence conditions and Hitters Sports Bar policies.

Hitters Sports Bar and its staff reserve the right to:

• Request acceptable proof of age or identification where appropriate;

• Refuse the sale or service of alcohol where required or permitted by law;

• Refuse service to an intoxicated person;

• Discontinue alcohol service when necessary for responsible service or safety;

• Enforce applicable restrictions concerning minors; and

• Take reasonable steps necessary to maintain a safe and lawful licensed premises.

Guests must comply with lawful instructions from staff concerning alcohol service, identification, conduct and licensed-premises requirements.

AGLC's current Liquor Licensee Handbook governs Alberta licensees across matters including premises management, advertising/promotions and licensing requirements.

5. MINORS

Hitters Sports Bar is family-friendly during permitted hours and operates according to the conditions of its liquor licence and applicable Alberta requirements.

Access by minors may be restricted at certain times, events or areas of the premises. Event-specific age restrictions will apply where stated.

Guests may be required to provide acceptable identification to establish age.

6. PROMOTIONS AND SPECIALS

Promotions, discounts, specials and offers may be subject to availability, dates, times, quantities, eligibility requirements and other stated conditions.

Hitters Sports Bar may modify, suspend or discontinue a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Alcohol-related promotions and advertising will be administered in accordance with applicable AGLC requirements. AGLC rules restrict, among other things, advertising targeted at minors and advertising that promotes irresponsible liquor consumption.

7. RESPONSIBLE CONDUCT

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff and other guests.

Hitters Sports Bar reserves the right to refuse entry or service, or require a person to leave the premises, where reasonably necessary for safety, lawful operation, responsible liquor service or the protection of staff and guests, subject to applicable law.

8. MENUS, ALLERGIES AND DIETARY INFORMATION

Menu descriptions and ingredient information are provided for general information.

Guests with allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions should notify Hitters Sports Bar before ordering. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that any food or preparation area will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

This website may link to or use third-party services, including maps, social networks, ticketing services, reservation technologies or other external platforms.

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Hitters Sports Bar is not responsible for the content, availability or independent practices of third-party websites.

10. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you provide contact information in connection with a reservation, inquiry, employment application or other request, Hitters Sports Bar may use that information to communicate with you regarding that request.

Service-related communications should not be interpreted as enrolment in unrelated promotional marketing.
