Providing information for a reservation or inquiry does not automatically enrol you in promotional marketing communications.

4. COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES AND CASL

Hitters Sports Bar may send promotional emails, SMS messages or other commercial electronic messages only where permitted under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation ("CASL").

Where express consent is requested, it will be obtained through an affirmative action and will not be bundled with consent that is necessary simply to make a reservation, submit an inquiry or receive another requested service.

Commercial electronic messages sent by Hitters Sports Bar will contain the identification and contact information required by applicable law and a functioning method of unsubscribing.

You may withdraw your consent to receive promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication or by contacting us. SMS recipients may also follow the opt-out instructions provided in the message, such as replying STOP, where available.

CASL requires commercial electronic messages to have consent, identification information and an unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests generally must be given effect within 10 business days.

Information submitted through our employment application form will be used for recruitment, hiring and related employment purposes.

Submitting an employment application does not constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional communications from Hitters Sports Bar.

Employment application information may be retained for a reasonable period where appropriate for recruitment, record-keeping or legal purposes and will otherwise be disposed of when it is no longer reasonably required.
